Animal Fair Media’s Founder Wendy Diamond ran with the wolves for a very good cause on June 5, 2019, when she joined the Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), a South Salem NY-based non-profit environmental organization dedicated to wolf conservation celebrating its 20th anniversary with their 2nd Gala, “Strong and Wild,” at Spring Place in New York City.
Rich Handler, was the Master of Ceremonies and celebrities howled at the exclusive cocktail fundraiser benefiting the Wolf Conservation Center, which honored Martha Handler, WCC Board President!
Guest speakers included actor and filmmaker Edward Norton, and also Paul Nicklen and Cristina Mittermeier,
The event held a live auction featuring a six day epic adventure for two through Norway, an original painting by artist AEROSYN-LEX, a painting by youth artist and advocate, Bria Neff (Founder of Faces of the Endangered), dinner for four with the New York Jets, an Eli Manning signed helmet and four suite tickets to a New York Giants game, as well as private diner for 12 with Chef Jason Pfeifer. Proceeds from the auction go directly to funding the education center and conservation of wolves.
Since your pet dog shares a common genetic connection with a wolf that roamed the earth 35,000 years ago – here’s your chance to help save the wolves of today, and tomorrow!
