The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) hosted the Eighth Annual Bergh Ball at the Plaza Hotel, “In The Dog House”. This stunning black-tie event was the last ball to be held at the hotel before its
conversion to condos. The evening raised a whopping $500,000 and was attended by 400 dedicated animal lovers.
