The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders. Prices, inventory and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on the site.

Notices

Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to AFM during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.
Other Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter here of and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This site is operated by Animal Fair Media, Inc. If there is any dispute about or involving the site, you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State of New York, acknowledge that venue is proper in any state or Federal court in the State of New York, agree that any action related to these terms of use must be brought in a state or Federal court in the State of New York, and waive any objection that may exist, now or in the future, with respect to any of the foregoing. No waiver by either party of any breach or default here under shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
