The Bide-A-Wee animal adoption organization held its first “Be a Bide-A-Wee Buddy” fundraiser this Spring in New York City. With star Carson Kressley and therapy dog Coco present, the event raised over $15,000 for the organization. Also, striving for pets to live happily ever after, the ASPCA hosted The Tenth Annual Bergh Ball Fundraiser, “Tails of Time”. The event took place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City on May 10th. Fifteen days later, the Hollywood office of the Humane Society of the United States presented its annual Genesis Awards at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
