JetBlue’s JetPaws pet program and travel guide provide customers with all the information they need to bring their furry friend along for the ride. The JetPaws program gives owners the tips and tools that will make traveling with their pet smooth and easy. It includes a pet carrier bag tag, the Travel Petiquette guide, two TrueBlue points, each way for members traveling with pets (if you are not a TrueBlue member, sign up now – it’s free!), as well as a Pet Travel Guide. This guide is a very helpful downloadable e-booklet that will inform you of everything you need to know about jet-setting with a pet, from “Travel Petiquette”, as well as pet-friendly hotels, restaurants, parks, and even animal hospitals in some of JetBlue’s major destinations. There is a $100 fee each way for pets and the booking fee will be waived for passengers traveling with pets. JetBlue prefers small pets, so they ask that the combined weight of the pet and carrier is 20 lbs or less. The carrier should not exceed 17”L x 12.5”W x 8”H.
