One of Animal Fair’s favorite handsome heroes is actor James Caan. While on the set of Misery, he rescued Reno a large mutt. Reno’s full coat makes him look like an oversized stuffed animal. With an owner like James Caan, Reno is one lucky dog.
James Caan is most known for his roles in The Godfather, Honeymoon in Vegas and Brian’s Song. He has been seen recently in the movies Mickey Blue Eyes and Elf.
Currently, Caan is starring in the new show, Las Vegas, on NBC. Drama, action, suspense and creative genius all encompass the new series. Caan plays the role of Big Ed Deline, a former CIA agent who runs the most successful surveillance company in Las Vegas.
The cast also includes Josh Duhamel, who plays Danny McCoy, an ex-Marine and Vegas native who lives life without limits and is employed by Big Ed. Nicki Cox plays the role of Danny’s childhood friend, Mary Connell, a high-class escort with the scoop on everyone’s secrets. James Lesure plays Mike Cannon, the valet man with eyes in the back of his head. Molly Sims, supermodel and now actress, is Delinda, Big Ed’s daughter and Danny’s on-and-off again romantic interest. Vanessa Marcil plays Jane, the new host with a lot of savoir-faire.
Las Vegas is a sure hit for high entertainment and fast action.
Even though James Caan’s character is a man to be reckoned with, Animal Fair knows the real man behind the mask, as an animal lover and dog-tastic father of Reno.
Also, catch Caan in the movie Dogville, which also stars Nicole Kidman and Lauren Bacall. The director of the film Lars Von Trier, has been considered “the prime mover behind the current revival of Danish filmmaking.” This work-of-art suspense film will be in theaters this spring.
