If you’re in the Los Angeles area and you see a Presa Canario popping out the sunroof of a black SUV, it’s most likely mega-athlete Breaux Greer driving around with his darling Gracie. Named after the Gracie family of fighters, Gracie comes from a showstopper bloodline of Presa Canario bred on the Canary Islands. Greer chose Gracie in a breed of puppies because she was so attentive, a “mediator,” the only one who noticed a plane overhead. The two are a perfect match and always exercise together whether it is running, hiking, or even trowing the javelin – Greer throws, and Graccie retrieves. But Gracie is the coach between the two. “Whenever I get lazy I look over and see that she needs to go running. She’s a beast…she can run me under the table!” it makes sense why Greer told us that if Gracie was an Olympic athlete she’d be a decathlete, “She literally can do anything.”
