JetBlue asks that its customers flying with pets proceed to check in your pet at the full service counter with the necessary documents (license, ID tags, and vaccination papers). Only 4 pets are allowed in the aircraft, one per person, so it is highly advised to book your pet early by calling 1-800-538-2583. Your pet carrier cannot exceed 17″L x 12.5″W x 8.5″H, can be soft or hard-sided with a leak proof bottom and the combined weight of your pet and the carrier must not exceed 20 pounds; plus your pet and carrier count as one personal item onboard.
