Lucky and I want to send a very-sweet thank you to Georgetown Cupcakes, stars of TLC’s DC Cupcakes, for sending us a scrumptious sampler of a dozen of their most incredible little creations! Though Lucky couldn’t partake in the cupcakes (she’s on a strict diet, but see our list of dog-friendly Valentine’s treats for some better treat ideas!) she could no doubt feel the love—and see the beaming smile across my face! For February, they offer some amazing special recipes, like the Strawberry Lava Fudge—Vairhona chocolate cake with a rich fudge core topped with strawberry icing—and, perfect for valentine’s, the special Madagascar Vanilla-Strawberry, topped with a fondant heart.
