Cookie’s Special

1/2 cup brown rice

1/2 cup boiled, roasted or grilled plain chicken

1/4 cup of green peas or other green vegetable-well cooked

Combine pre cooked rice, chicken, and vegetables in pan and heat through. Ready to serve.  This is great to make after you have had take out.
