He was dropped off by his loving parent who sadly could not take care of him and his disability anymore. Moppie was in an accident that hurt him so badly he needed to have one of his front legs amputated. But that does not mean that Moppie is always moping! He is an incredible dog who everyone falls in love with once they meet him! Moppie loves to play and run around despite his disability!
