JetBlue asks that its customers flying with pets proceed to check in your pet at the full service counter with the necessary documents (license, ID tags, and vaccination papers). Your pet carrier cannot exceed 17″L x 12.5″W x 8.5″H, can be soft or hard-sided with a leak proof bottom and the combined weight of your pet and the carrier must not exceed 20 pounds; plus your pet and carrier count as one personal item onboard.
