Wendy and Lucky took a break from their Halloween monster-mashing to join Al Roker, Natalie Morales, and Savannah Guthrie on the Today Show! Posturing like a true peacock, Lucky stole the show along with her favorite feathered pet-parent. After assuring that no peacocks were harmed in the name of All-Hallows-Eve, Lucky lent the limelight to her fellow costumed canines! Watch them strut their stuff alongside the Diamond Duo here. Here are the costume highlights! WATCH THE VIDEO OF THE DYNAMIC DUO HOSTING AN ADORABLE PET COSTUME SHOW on the NBC Today Show Oct 31st!

No one likes an angry pup, but Animal Fair loved the Angry Birds ensemble flaunted by a trio of adorable dogs. Follow Wendy’s wisdom and be sure to keep your furry friends happy and healthy with a supply of dog treats to exchange for pet tricks. Your pup will be the happiest bad tempered-bird on the block, while lapping up the attention given to such a topical costume.
It may be the season of “scare,” but love is still in the air with Frankenpup and his adorable bride! Putting a canine twist on the classic costume duo, pet parent Christian Martinez exemplifies safety and fashion with light up boots! It is no surprise that they were winners of Animal Fair’s Howloween Costume Contest. This will keep your pet visible and safe in any spooky adventure. Don’t be a monster – be sure to microchip and ID your canine companion!

The most classic costume cruising down the catwalk was the Puppy Pumpkin! The handmade, silk costume was the envy of every fashionable dog and pet parent. The loose fitting frock was perfect for pet comfort, allowing that furry little pumpkin to move freely.
Competing with with Wendy and Lucky for the most feathered fun, was Karen Biehl and her little Indian pup. Not to be outdone, the sequin-clad team of flight attendants followed, worn by Christine Brown and her furry stewardess side-kick! But the big dog in the house was dressed up alongside pet parent and acclaimed chef, Kerry Heffernan. The fabulous fishermen showed off a the more masculine side of playing dress-up, while maintaining maximum cuteness.

Unfortunately, the dynamic Diamond Duo did not get to put any pets up for adoption on this morning’s Today Show appearance. Have no fear, except for the really good costumes! Animal Fair still remains committed to animal rescue advocacy, no matter the holiday. If you are considering being a pet parent, change your life along with the life of a pet through animal rescue.
