Virginia-born gymnast Justin Spring adopted his dog Oscar with his girlfriend from the Human Society. Justin admits that the Terrier and Black Lab mix is not much of a gymnast. “He helps me relax after training. But he can’t really help much during my training.” The two even shared a similar injury. “I hurt my ACL at the Visa Championships in San Jose and we found out Oscar also required knee surgery. Now we have matching scars. We went through a knee surgery together!”
