He was brought up in a loving family but was given up after his parents had to move away.
Buddy was left at the shelter where he suffered from severe separation anxiety. As he began to understand his parents were not coming to pick him up, he became reclusive and closed.
Coupled with being alone for the first time, Buddy couldn’t handle such a quick change in his life.
