RESCUE JOYCE! Joyce’s mother was found as a stray roaming the streets. She was brought to the shelter where she gave birth within a couple of days of arrival. No one ever came to reclaim her or her babies and they’ve been living in the shelter since.
Joyce was born in the shelter but at 15 weeks old is now looking for a forever home where she can be loved and cared for. She’s still young, full of energy, and ready to learn!
