RESCUE MEADOW! This terrier mix has had a rough life and was surrendered at the shelter a couple of months ago! Due to financial circumstances, her previous owners could not care for her. For the first couple of days at the shelter, she would stare out the window, waiting for them to pick her up – they never came. She was left heartbroken, lonely, and shy. With lots of effort, she has started to open up again. She still takes her time to trust people, but she has a kind soul and loves affection.
