This is pretty basic, pretty clear—you’re allowed to have dogs, under the guidance of certain regulations. For instance, the public housing agency can charge pet fees, create limitations on size, weight and number of pets. As well, regulations can change based on the style of the residence (high rise v. small apartment building, for example).
