Animal Fair celebrated its 7th Annual Canine Comedy Halloween Party on October 29th in New York! Presented by Pedigree, this year’s festivities included a tribute by Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, and, of course, the Canine Costume Contest! Celebrity guests and pet costume judges included Richard Belzer, cast members of Broadway’s Hairspray, Extra’s A.J. Calloway, Juliet Huddy from The Morning Show With Mike and Juliet, fashionista designer Marc Bouwer, and ABC’s Bachelor heartthrob Prince Lorenzo Borghese. All stepped up to emcee the event and to judge the costume contest, which included Most Illegal Pet Costume, Most Pet Offensive Costume, and Most Fabulous Pet Costume! The hit costume of the night went to Andrea Smith dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and her German Shepherd dressed as the Big Bad Wolf in the guise of Little Red’s sick old grandmother. The event was a tremendous success, supporting the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals and attracting animal lovers from all over the New York area.
