“I will be the happiest person in the world when I am living in a house with 20 cats,” says Kathleen McClellan, the new sideline correspondent for the UPN syndicated show Battle Dome. “We joke around,” says McClellan of herself and her boyfriend, “that we are well on our way!”
Kathleen has a great passion for animals. She found Fluffy, one of five cats with whom she shares her California home, in a trash can last April. Fluffy and two other 5-day-old kittens were tossed aside by their former owner and Kathleen made it her mission to nurse them back to health. “Fluffy is the happiest cat I’ve ever had,” says Kathleen.
Fluffy, Toonces, Baby, Monster and Yogi all live with her boyfriend. “Animals are a gift from heaven,” says Kathleen. “There is no reason they should experience anything from humans but unconditional love.”
